Memberships expire 1 year to date of purchase- must use within 365 dates. Any unredeemed services do not roll over. No partial refunds on unused services.
We will create a year treatment plan and schedule all appointments day of purchase to ensure patient has priority of preferred appointment times/days.
Memberships are nonrefundable/nontransferable and cannot be split or shared with anyone else. Memberships are only valid for 1 person. If buying as a gift please inform us at checkout to ensure we give credit to the correct person.
