ROXY SHEFFIELD
FOUNDER | INJECTOR | PA-C
I’ve always had a passion for helping people feel beautiful, inside and out. Since becoming a Physician Assistant in 2012, I’ve fallen in love with functional medicine, hormone replacement therapy, vitamin optimization, and the art of facial rejuvenation with injectables. Over the years at my family practice, Faith Family Practice, I realized my patients needed something more, a place they could trust for total wellness of the mind, body, and spirit.
That’s where the vision for Redeemed Spa was born. I wanted to create a space where healing and beauty meet; where patients could experience the full journey of wellness all under one roof—from the front door of the practice to the back door of the spa.
My treatment style is natural and conservative, I believe in enhancing what’s already there and helping you feel like the best version of yourself.
And a little fun fact? I didn’t tell anyone for five years that I was getting Botox in my early 30s… and no one ever asked. That’s how subtle, natural results should be.
LINNIE MANUAL
LICENSED MASSAGE THERAPIST | NURSE
Linnie is our "Jack of all trades" as she wears many hats and truly wears them all so well.
She graduated in 2001 from EMT training and worked many years in the field of paramedics and also in the hospital setting as a lab tech and phlebotomist. She has been with Faith Family Practice since 2022 as Roxy's medical assistant and one of the clinical leaders of the nursing staff. She is CPR and BLS certified as well as an instructor and certifies many medical professionals in our community each year. Her leadership skills shine bright in the medical office as she helps train nurses and clinical staff on giving injections, starting IV's, and helps them to become ethically and morally sound in the field.
She recently went on to further her education to become even more hands on and graduated from Alfa School of Massage in 2024. Adding licensed massage therapist to her repertoire, she specializes in numerous types of massages and healing techniques including but not limited to swedish massage, deep tissue, sports injuries, trigger points, migraine therapy, cupping, hot stone, gua sha , ashiatsu, and so on.
She is also certified in DiamondGlow facials, chemical peels, Skinpen microneedling, and Vitamin IV therapy.
In her free time, Linnie loves to travel the world with her two children and her husband. She also loves to travel with her best friends, volunteers at her church, bakes and crafts and just never sits still haha. She is a blessing to so many, but no one loves her more than her furbaby, Mr. Seymour.
CARLY POPHAM
LICENSED AESTHICIAN
Carly Popham is a Licensed Esthetician with special training in HydraFacials, DiamondGlow facials, dermaplaning, Skinpen Microneedling, and Chemical Peels. She is also a Certified Spray Tan Specialist, Brow Laminating Artist, and the proud owner of Esthetic Central in Blackshear, GA. After completing her esthetics training at Wiregrass Technical College, Carly has spent the last three years perfecting her craft and expanding her expertise through advanced certifications.

I like to call myself a bit of a “skintellectual”always learning, growing, and keeping up with the latest in skin health so I can bring the best to my clients. Whether you’re here for glowing skin, a confidence boost, or just some well-deserved self-care, my mission is to make you feel radiant inside and out.
Aside from being a Boss Babe, Carly loves spending her free time with family and friends and most of all, her fur baby, Graham.
CINTIA MIXON
LICENSED AESTHETICIAN
Cintia is a Licensed Esthetician and Laser Practitioner Assistant with advanced training in DiamondGlow facials, Skinpen microneedling, dermaplaning, chemical peels, and laser treatments. After struggling with acne for over 15 years and trying every product and medication, she has finally found lasting results with medical-grade skincare. That experience set her on a journey to help others transform their skin with treatments that deliver real, lasting results.
Outside of work, Cintia enjoys traveling with her husband, spending time with her fur baby Gus, and running her farm stand, Honey and Hens.

ANSLEE KATE GRANTHAM
MEDICAL ASSISTANT
Annslee Kate Grantham is our wonderful student assistant. She has been an amazing addition to our team as she is wise beyond her year and helps with so many administrative tasks. She is a junior at ware county high school and is a member of the National Junior Honor Society and Beta Club.
She is an active participant in FBLA, HOSA and on the Hospice Satilla Junior Board. She is a varsity cheerleader and varsity golfer. She was named to the 4A All-Region Team for cheer in 2024. She is a straight A student and aspires to work in the medical field. She is Roxy’s assistant and a very valuable member of the Redeemed Team.
